A truly original Aloha shirt
There's a relatively new man in my life, and he's stolen my heart. He's my 1.5 year old nephew. It's so sad that we live about 2,500 miles away from each other, but I try to get some face time with him over the phone. For Chris' first Christmas, which was last year, I thought I'd make something from Hawaii that he might look cute in for photos. There are a ton of cute little Aloha shirts I could've bought, but I wanted this shirt to be truly original. So... I decided to design my own simple pattern, have it printed on fabric through Spoonflower, and sew that up into an Aloha shirt.
